I’ve been playing guitar in different styles for over 25 years. I have an MA from Leeds Conservatoire (formerly Leeds College of Music) and a successful teaching business stretching back over 10 years. I have recorded and toured with signed acts and played many festivals. I am a full-time professional musician and I’m here to help you take your first steps and beyond with the guitar.

I teach lessons in person at my studio in South East London or at your home. Zoom lessons are also available. Whether you are studying grades, looking to improve your existing skills or just want to learn for fun, I can help you. I’m a friendly Northern bloke and I like to create a fun, relaxed environment for my students.

I have taught students aged 5 to 80+ and I’m very proud of my reputation. I’m an established producer, composer and songwriter and I also teach music production and theory.

I regularly post guitar covers on TikTok, so please follow me on there if you are interested in lessons. My aim is to accurately reproduce the sound and feel of the original songs, with all of the same effects.
